Unwashed, unworn, or defective merchandise may be returned within  4 days from the date merchandise was received. Item(s) must be returned in condition received or merchandise will be returned to sender.

Most dresses are Custom-Made as per buyer's Request. So,We only accept returns or exchanges on any merchandise that have not altered and have not been worn. We cannot accept returns or exchanges on custom sized dresses or on dresses that have been customized by the designer for you. 

For every refund/exchange , restocking fee will be deducted from the refund amount.Buyer is responsible for the shipping charges to return.

EXCHANGE

Exchanges are only allowed when the merchandise are defective or damaged upon receipt, not as per your order or not proper size. Email us firstly because returns without a return authorization from us will not be accepted and you can get the return address. All items can only be exchanged for replacement at the equal price. Items must be returned within 4 days of delivery and the customer is responsible for all the shipping charges during the whole exchange process. Please be aware that we will issue the replacements only after your returns have been received.

Important Notice:

1. Although we provide 100% hassle free return policy, considering the time and money consuming, we surely appreciate if you can make all your questions and concerns clear before placing your order.

2. Please contact our customer service first to obtain the return address.

3. Please fill out and include the return form that we sent with the items in the return package.

4. We will not be responsible for the lose if the returned package get lost during the shipment, original post office receipt must be kept to claim the compensate.

5. We suggest USPS Globe Priority Mail or Express service as shipping method.
